Often a man’s got a sweet accusations if face to face with the woman who’s after. All boasting probably thrown from his mouth to get a woman who’s after. But, the behavior seems to lie-lie inherent in men.

A survey conducted by 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment shows the lies he doubled when compared to females. Survey carried out in order to launch DVD ‘Lie to Me’ Season 1’s shows, in one day he can lie as much as six times, while women only three times a day.

As reported by Softpedia, Tuesday (15/9/2009), he is a big liar creatures, even man never choosy about who he lied to start from superiors, colleagues, or friends. The survey was conducted in the United Kingdom.

“He lied on average six times a day, including the co-workers and bosses. So a week he can lie as much as 42 times, and 2184 times a year, while women only lied three times a day,” so the information disclosed 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment .

Then, what is the most common lie is a man? answer the survey said, is when he expresses “There’s nothing I’m fine,” even though he may not be in good condition. As for women, the words that often indicate a lie, among others, “Oh I had a headache,” or “not expensive price kok, then there’s a sale,”

Meanwhile, psychologists are also skilled readers gestures, said Richard Newman, a person easily deceived because many people could not read the other person’s body movements.
“Body language is the most powerful way to determine whether someone lied or not,” he said.

However, Newman revealed not all experts can read body movements. “Maybe only able to read approximately 85 percent of human body motion, can not mean everything,” said Newman.

The researchers found that nearly 15,000 people in China and India or one of five people in the countries of Latin America in general elderly dementia decreases after diligent eat fish.

For each of the distinguished participants in the case of fish consumption ranging from never, a few days a week, almost every day and eat fish every day of the week. The results, showing decreased prevalence of dementia by 19 percent.

These findings also indicate that young children who often eat meat in their daily diet have a higher prevalence of dementia compared with affected people who never or rarely eat meat.

“A lot of real evidence that shows that people who frequently consume fish will have a smaller risk of dementia affected by days of old,” said Dr. Emiliano Albanese from King’s College London in England, as quoted by Reuters on Tuesday (18/8/2009).

The ability of fish to protect the brain is believed to be because they contain omega-3 fatty acids found in many fish oils such as salmon, tuna or mackerel.

Research in the laboratory showed that omega-3 fats have a substance that can prevent senile including able to protect nerve cells, reduce inflammation and help prevent the amyloid protein found in the brains of Alzheimer’s patients.

Recent research based on a survey of 14,960 elderly people aged 65 years or life in China, India, Cuba, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Peru and Venezuela. Obtained proved the relationship between high fish consumption and risk of dementia are consistently low in all countries.

So, from now on do not forget to add the fish in your diet daily, because it can prevent senility days of old.

For those of you who mostly sleep should reduce your bedtime, because the researchers found that one of the causes of weak memories, especially in old age was due mostly to sleep.

This study broke the previous research that says that the lack of sleep cause brain dysfunction. But a study conducted other experts from the University Hospital of Madrid, Spain on 3286 men and women aged over 65 years and published in European Journal of Neurology was the latest study supports this.

In this study, each respondent was asked about the health and life patterns, including how many hours of sleep in a day. The respondents were then monitored the number of hours of sleep for 3 years.

From there, researchers found those who slept as much as 8 or 9 hours each night have senile diseases higher than double those who slept only 6 hours semalamnya.

Not only sleep that night, a nap too. Although the cause is not known with certainty, but excessive sleep can be an early sign of disease a person has dementia.

Spend more time in bed can also sign if someone is depressed, one of the factors that are causing dementia in old age.

As many as 750,000 people in the UK currently estimated to suffer from dementia diseases, and this number will continue to grow along with the increasing number of people living longer.

Most of those with the disease died ten years later after diagnosed. Along the way, the average of those suffering from stroke, heart disease, cancer or other complication.

Disease that destroys the chemical messages to the brain’s successor was causing chaos in the brain systems that eventually lead to inflammation and damage to the messages to be conveyed to the brain.

The researchers still do not know the exact cause of this disease, but by doing activities such as filling the brain activates a quiz, assembling puzzles or cross words can prevent a person from the disease.

Mediterranean diet rich in fruits, vegetables, fish and nuts can reduce the risk by 80 percent.

“Research for 3 years have shown that people who sleep longer than normal hours and have a feeling sleepy during the day are signs of someone having dementia. But this should be investigated because only a third of respondents are experiencing” said Dr Susanne Sorenson, leadership Alzheimer’s Society, as reported by the Telegraph, Thursday (13/8/2009)

Prime Minister (PM) Malaysia Najib Razak insisted his country was not affected by the allegations that Malaysia becomes a terrorist training ground.

Najib’s statement was disclosed when he spoke at a press conference and asked about the allegations yesterday. The accusation that Malaysia becomes a training ground for terrorists appeared terror suspect Noordin M Top who allegedly was killed in Temanggung Malaysian citizen.

“Malaysia is not a training ground for terrorists. That’s why Noordin M Top left Malaysia and into Indonesia,” said Najib.

Related reports that Noordin was killed after police raided Indonesia, Najib said it would wait for the results of DNA tests that the man killed when the raids.

“I received the report, so I do not want to make any conclusions in advance,” he said.

Following the alleged killing of terrorist leader Noordin Mohammad Top in an ambush in Temanggung, Central Java, Saturday (8 / 8), attention to Malaysia, the country of birth Noordin increased. Jiran country is considered the international community as a nest of terrorists.

Moreover, previous, Indonesia also managed to kill terror suspects from other Malaysian Dr Azahari in an ambush in Batu, Malang, 2005. As Noordin is suspected to be an actor in a number of bomb explosions in Indonesia where, the last associated with the detonation Hotel The Ritz Carlton and JW Marriott, Dr Azahari allegedly also as the mastermind behind the 2002 Bali terrorist bombing incident.

Responding to various comments that his side, the Malaysian Government considered the objection if the country as a terrorist nest only on the fact one or two residents involved in a number of acts of terrorism.

“In every place there are good and bad people. Just because one or two people, it’s not fair calling of our country as a nest of terrorists,” the light of Malaysia’s Deputy Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin at ending the five-day working visit in Australia yesterday.

As he indicates that there is terrorist activity in the United States (U.S.) and Europe, Muhyiddin confirms, “Would not that mean that every region can be a nest of terrorists.”

Muhyiddin explained, Malaysia is a democratic country and a peaceful country famous for this. Based on these records, he showed that his country is not a nest of terrorism. “Malaysia has done a very effective preventive measures,” he said.

On the other hand, responding to allegations of Australia which states that Malaysia has been used as a transit point of illegal immigrants from other countries to Australia, Muhyiddin said the report was acted upon.

“We also put an important issue. We do not want to labeled as a transit point. We will take decisive efforts to handle the situation,” explained Mahyuddin in a statement to Bernama.

Meanwhile, the deaths related to alleged Noordin M Top, Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd thanked the Government of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) for all the efforts deployed to fight the perpetrators of terrorism.

“The bombing incident in the Marriott, Jakarta, re-occur, the Australian Government considers that we should have to mobilize all available resources to track down the killers responsible for these attacks. I am grateful for the efforts that have been made so far Indonesia,” Rudd light.

Immediately, Rudd plans to call President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono Noordin death related allegations. Rudd told, his government has done similar work very closely with the Government of Indonesia. “It is not clear who exactly was killed and who has been in the stand. We are still awaiting further confirmation from the Government of Indonesia. However, this again becomes a warning bell that the terrorist threat is still there and real,” said Rudd.

Meanwhile, Australian Foreign Minister Stephen Smith also said the identification process is still waiting for the Indonesian police related who were killed in an ambush in Temanggung action, Saturday (8 / 8).

“Based on my experience of the past, the best attitude to take is not to speculate in advance, but wait until everything is revealed based on facts and standards of operation,” he said.

Because of that, Stephen said, Australia will still be waiting for further information or news from Indonesia and will not make any conclusions.
